A Throw in  Shotput    The sun was blazing, and the air buzzed with excitement as I stepped onto the field for the shotput finals. It was my moment—months of training and countless practice throws had led to this. My heart pounded, but I took a deep breath, gripping the heavy metal ball with determination.   The first throw was decent, but I knew I could do better. With each round, my confidence grew. I adjusted my stance, focused on my technique, and with a powerful push, the shot flew farther than I had ever thrown before. The crowd erupted in cheers, and I knew I had secured a spot among the top contenders.   When the final results were announced, my name was called for second place! A wave of pride and joy washed over me.
